Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item if there is a manufacturing defect.
- 2.Receive Authorization
Our quality assurance team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with a prepaid shipping label if the error was ours.
- 3.Package Securely
Place the items in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box.
- 4.Processing and Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your corrected custom stamp within 3-5 business days.
